As your business grows, there often are process problems that arise and require infrastructure changes. Anything from relocating 60 computers in a weekend or deploying a new software system can take precious time away from your existing staff. NSK Inc has the resources in place to supplement your resources and make the transition as productive and efficient as possible.
With over 12 years of experience, NSK Inc has developed a unique system to support our clients. All our customers regardless of size receive three levels of IT support.
The first of these is an IT services manager. The IT services manager is responsible to act as your in house CTO. This person works directly with your upper management to assist in proposing solutions for your technology needs. Projects like relocations, desktop roll-outs server upgrades and implementations are all scoped, managed and explained by the IT Services Manager. Each client also receives (at no charge) an annual Technology audit performed by the IT Services Manager.
The second level of support is where most of the interaction takes place between our clients and NSK Inc. Each client is assigned a dedicated associate that is responsible for performing the week to week tasks normally performed by in house staff. This person becomes a member of your team and is experienced in helping you and your staff use technology effectively and efficiently. As a client of NSK Inc, you will be provided with the contact information, including cell phone and email, of both your dedicated associate and IT service manager.
The final level of support that NSK Inc offers is our Help Desk. With offices on both coasts, we provide exceptional Help Desk tech support for an extended service. Available from 8:30am EST to 8:30pm EST, our Help Desk technicians can be used to assist your mobile users across the country and abroad. For issues that arise outside of pre-scheduled visits that need immediate attention, our customers have the option of contacting our Help Desk (at reduced rate) to have the issue remotely taken care of. This approach to technical support allows us to meet and address the challenges that purely remote support companies have. We always provide multiple support methods to insure your information technology works for you as an asset.
NSK Inc offers regularly scheduled appointments as well as on-call visits, remote monitoring, and Help Desk staff to all of our clients, ensuring that all of your systems will operate as efficiently as possible.
We are not specifically affiliated with any hardware, software or service vendors in most cases, which allow us the flexibility of providing our best recommendations for your project. We base each of our IT proposals and actions on the best performance, price, and ease-of-use for each particular client, which assures you that we always give the best IT solutions available.
